We ship from fulfillment centers across the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Whenever possible, your order will be shipped from the location closest to you for faster delivery.

• Other countries: Shipping times may vary depending on location
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something’s not right, we’ll help you sort it out.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
• You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To start a return:
Email us at hello@watermello.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
