We ship worldwide and offer easy returns — because getting your order (and loving it) should be simple.


Shipping
We ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Whenever possible, your order will ship from the location closest to you for faster delivery.

Estimated delivery times:
USA, Canada & Europe: 5–7 business days
Other countries: Shipping times may vary based on location

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.


Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If something’s not right, we’ll help you sort it out.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
• You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To start a return:
Email us at support@watermello.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll fix it.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@watermello.com.
